Claude Sonnet 3
Claude Sonnet 3 is a large language model created by Anthropic, released in March 2024 alongside Claude Haiku 3 and Claude Opus 3.
The model was deprecated on 2025-01-21 and retired on 2025-07-21; requests to it via the API now fail. It remains available on AWS Bedrock as of May 2026, as well as on this website courtesy of deepfates.
